• Bold/Italic/UL/Reset has been added to the location and notes field in the caller info window when creating cues. See User guide for more further details.
• 15 minute save window has an auto save function which can be checked at the first time the window appears. This will save regardless of what is happening and will clear the undo history.

• The Characters tab on Main window now displays more information about each character. This should to minimise having to open up the individual characters.
• Additional Actions have been added for use with the cue sheets.
• The Caller Info window can now display cue information in two formats, which is selectable on the Settings window. The format differences relate to positions of information on the cue display.
• The Caller Info window can now display a new (default) cue in two formats, which is selectable on the Settings window. The format options are ‘active and off’ or ‘not active’.
• New PDF Formats are available and are selectable on the Settings window. There are two layouts to choose from:
- Format A (FSM default) - Character, Action, Intensity, Size, Frame, Time, Location.
- Format B - Action, Character, Location, Intensity, Size, Frame.
• A musical note ( ♪ ) has been added to both the Scene lists and on the scene title on the Caller Info window, to highlight musical scenes.
Updates
• The watermark on the Cue PDF produced with Organisation licences has been changed. The line weight has been made thinner for a better looking layout.
• Additional text has been added to the Create PDF Window to offer more clarity about the size paper set for the different cue sheet options.
• The arrows on the Scene tab on Main window that provide the option to change scene position are now in the middle of the column.
• The dropdown boxes in the Cue screen are editable and the dropdown lists show recently used entries. Any new entries are available for use with other cues and are available for use after FSM is restarted.
Fixes
• In the Spot Email window you are now able to remove an email address and save the spot information. Previously the system would not allow save to be actioned if the email address had been cleared.
• The show header title on the Caller Info window now gets refreshed after the 15 minute store window is used. The show ID has also been removed from the header.
• A3 cue sheet paper size has been updated to improve layout.
• Copy and paste has now been rectified on the cue screen
• Character images on both the Character Information window and the PDF are no longer stretched.
Known Issues
• Windows display with overlapping buttons
After an FSM update, some windows may not display correctly - typically buttons appear to be overlapping other information on the screen.
We save information about window sizes and location on the screen so that we can reopen in the same position every time the program is restarted. This release updates the size for some of the windows and FSM does not take into account the size change when displaying a window.
The fix is to open the Settings window. Select the ‘screen positioning: reset on close’ option from the interface tab, save, and then restart the program.
Release 1.2.25 – 10th April 2021

• Created a new Support option in the Help menu. This can be used to initiate a support issue and to send logs to the FollowSpot Manager support team. This includes the upload of enhanced logging to assist with product support.
• The Settings screen now allows the option to reset windows positioning. We currently save the location of windows when they are closed, this facility forces FollowSpotManager to use default positions next time it is run.

• The splash screen now progresses to the main show window quicker.
• The Action field on the cue detail is now limited to 40 a maximum of characters.
• Tooltips are now displayed on the cue header buttons.
Fixes
• Email using the FSM email config were failing
• GrandMA appends additional ".000" suffix to cue numbers during import and when tracking cues via Midi. FollowSpotManager now strips any additional ".000"'s from the cue number during import and the check of midi data vs cue number when highlighting/following the desk.
• The licence check was not working correctly if licence is invalid.
• Cursor arrow keys now work as expected on the caller information window.
• Tooltip for location on the cue detail now works correctly.
• The cue action and location were not correctly wrapping to a second line on the cuesheet PDF.
